Objectives


Develop bonds of trust with street children and those living in marginalized communities.
Provide support that will strengthen familial bonds and help parents and children acquire the tools needed to successfully confront important life challenges.

Street Outreach
(intersections and plazas / abandoned sites / marginalized neighborhoods)


-Identifying families in need and developing trusting relationships with them
-Strengthening relationships and diagnosing individual needs
-Transition (integrating the child / family into CODENI’s programs or referring them to external services)

Psychological Attention


-Psychological therapy for children and their families
-Psychological diagnoses through the administration of psychometric tests
-Referrals for cases of addiction and psychiatric disorders
-Workshops on domestic violence prevention for parents

Individual Attention


-Regular counseling sessions with educators
-Appropriate care for needs diagnosis or referrals to an outside provider if needed.


Family Services


-Regular parental interviews
-Monthly family events
-Social support services
-Referrals to other agencies for additional support
-Extra benefits for families with strong participation in CODENI
